The Thrower’s Ten is a list of exercises that has been used by baseball players for years. The exercises in the original list are simple and easy to perform, but they fall short in emphasizing the importance of joint position, which you may remember from our presentation (download slides here for free). Ty Terrell and I have compiled the New Thrower’s Ten to improve upon the old one.
Note: The New Thrower’s Ten is kind of like the Big 10 in that there’s nothing “ten” about it. Enjoy these seven exercises and let me know if you have any questions.
